Do we really need a day to remind us of LOVE? Probably not, except loving ourselves.
Self-love isn't self-ish, it's honoring where you are, celebrating how far you have come and giving yourself grace along the way. Nurture yourself, appreciate the good, and allow gratitude to soften your days. When we fill our own cup, we have so much more love to share.

Not just romantic love, but self-love and gratitude too. It's a perfect time to slow down and ask yourself:
How am I caring for my body? my mind? my heart?
Am I speaking to myself with kindness and patience?
Gratitude reminds us to notice the small blessings - quiet moments, healthy breaths, supportive people, and even the lessons that help us grow.
