As a Paramedical Massage Therapist, I assist physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals in optimizing patient outcomes through specialized therapeutic bodywork. My goal is to complement medical treatment by helping clients recover from injury, surgery, chronic pain, and physical dysfunction while educating them to achieve their individual health goals.

Over the years, I recognized that physical healing is only part of the recovery process. To help clients achieve more lasting results, I expanded my practice to include BodyMindWellness, an integrative approach that addresses the connection between the body, mind, and emotions, empowering clients to create lasting health and well-being.
