Gratitude Brings Joy



As we welcome 2022, I feel an abundance of gratitude. Gratitude is what helps me

find and appreciate JOY. Joy is the best kind of medicine. It swells up from the inside out.

When I feel it, those around me feel it as well and it expands even more so.


So, in this new year, I invite you to seek and find joy at every opportunity (not just when decluttering (haha)). Take one day at a time, a tiny step at a time. Be mindful and before you know it, there is joy all around you and within you.


May 2022 be your best year yet, filled with love and happiness, good health and prosperity!
