Your feet and lower legs are washed with warm water containing Epsom salt and an essential oil. The lower legs and feet are massaged paying special attention to tight, stiff muscles, toes, soles and arches followed with a mini reflexology session. Hot towels and a therapeutic essential oil are applied to complete the session.
